PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- No. 24 and fourth-seeded Bates College capped the 2025–26 campaign with a 6–3 victory over No. 22 and second-seeded Hamilton in the Walker Cup third-place match at the 2026 CSA Divisional Collegiate Women's Team Squash Championships.
Positions one through six locked down wins for the Bobcats as the garnet and white ends the year with victories in two of its three Walker Cup contests.

Aasya Patel, seeing her final action as a Bobcat, closed out her collegiate career with a 3-1, comeback defeat of Karis Sun (8-11, 12-10, 11-1, 11-5) in the No. 1 slot. Sophomore
Sav Thomson went the distance for Bates at No. 4, outlasting Lily Spencer in five games (8-11, 13-11, 11-8, 7-11, 11-8).
The remaining four Bobcat victors each collected 3-0 shutouts in their respective matches.
Tia Billimoria, playing at No. 2, blanked Poppy Huffman (11-1, 11-3, 11-3) while
Scarlett Hine followed at No. 3 with a 11-3, 11-8, 11-3 besting of Diya Dhillon.
Angelina Amastal (11-6, 11-3, 11-1) and
Neha Taneja (11-3, 11-6, 11-6) landed their triumphs at No.5 and No. 6, respectively.
Bates wraps up with an overall record of 6-10 while the Continentals finish at 9-10.
