WINDSOR, Conn. -- Sophomore Sean Resnick tied for 15th out of 78 competitors to pace the Bates men's golf team over the weekend at the Trinity/Hartford Invitational, held at Keney Park Golf Course.

Resnick (Walpole, Mass.) finished at four over par, shooting a 71 on Saturday and a 73 on Friday. He tallied a pair of birdies both days.

Junior Charlie Weinman (Rye, N.Y.) also finished in the top half of the field, tying for 35th with a 72 on Saturday and a 77 on Sunday. 

As a team, the Bobcats placed 12th out of 14 schools at 37 over par.

The Bates men's golf team heads to Ballston Spa Country Club next weekend for the Tim Brown Invitational.
