Senior Carly Harris rounded out Bates' team scoring with an outstanding 33rd-place finish in 25:00.6, the best race of her career, Sunday at the NESCAC Championships.

The No. 15 nationally ranked Bates women's cross country team placed fourth out of 11 teams, one point behind third-place Middlebury. The top-five finish in Division III's most competitive cross country league was Bates' sixth in a row, a streak dating to 2015.
