Senior Sydney Phillips (Plainville, Mass.) led all players with 16 kills, matching her career high while making only four errors on 31 attempts (.387) as the Bates volleyball team came back from a 2-1 deficit to defeat Trinity College 3-2 for its second NESCAC win of the season on Saturday.

Phillips also had 10 kills Friday at Springfield and four kills Saturday against nationally ranked MIT.
