Hill (Brunswick, Maine) was a key contributor to the women's track and field team's successful defense of their Maine State Title this weekend. She slashed 0.07 seconds off of her own team record in the 60-meter hurdles. She broke her former record of 9.08 seconds with a 9.06 in preliminary heats, then went 9.01 in the final. Hill placed in the top three in three events: she was second in the 60 hurdles in 9.01 seconds; she also placed second in the 200-meter dash (26.24), and was third in the 60-meter dash (8.14), moving into third place on the team's all-time list with a prelim time of 8.11.
