Hartman scored a game-high four goals and recorded three ground balls as the Bates men's lacrosse team upended Amherst 12-7 in their NESCAC quarterfinal on Saturday. It's the first win for the Bobcats at Amherst this century and possibly ever. Hartman is the second-leading scorer on a Bates team that has matched the second-highest win total in a season in program-history and is headed to the NESCAC semifinals for the first time since 2017.
