2016: Team Captain.... First Team All-NESCAC.... McGrath was a big part of a strong 2016 campaign for the Bobcats, who won their most NESCAC matches since 2003 with an even 5-5 record.... Bates went 7-1 at home and finished the regular season with a 3-1 victory over Middlebury, their first win against the Panthers since 2003.... McGrath finished her career with a career-high 24 kills in a 3-1 loss to Middlebury in the quarterfinals of the NESCAC Tournament.... Ranked third in the NESCAC in kills per set at a career-best 3.55.... McGrath also ranked 15th in the league in attack percentage (.223) and averaged 0.81 digs and 0.32 blocks per set in 2016.... McGrath has led Bates in kills in all four of her seasons and finished with 1,046 kills in her career.... McGrath also earned her second career NESCAC Player of the Week honor on Oct. 10....
