What is something you've changed your mind about in the last few years?
I have changed my mind about the importance of mental health. During the recruiting process, I realized how important good mental health really is for an athlete.  It helps you deal with stress, stay focused, and perform at your best. Now I understand that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.

What is a challenge you're glad you faced?
To attend Bates, I had to move across the country. I am so glad I made that decision and I am learning so much about myself being on my own.

What is a quality you value most in a teammate?
A hard-working teammate is important to me.  When they lead by example and bring determination, energy, and commitment to the team, it makes everyone better.

What is something about you that people often don't expect?
I am super competitive. No matter what we're playing, or how small the stakes are, I always want to win. I hate losing, and I use that competitive mindset to push myself to improve in everything I do.
