2008: Third on team in points (7) after scoringtwo goals, hitting 21 shots and placing second on team in assists(3). Marino scored the game-winning goal againstWellesley on Sept. 18, as well as a second goal that contributed toBates 4-1 victory. 2007: In an October game against SouthernMaine, became the fourth Bates player to score her first goal ofthe season with 10 seconds left in regulation, sending aleft-footed rocket from the top of the penalty box to curve awayfrom the Southern Mainekeeper and inside the far post.... Startedseven of 14 games played.... Tied for fourth in goals scored(one). 2006: Tied for second on team in scoring withthree goals and four assists (10 points). 2005: Won NESCAC Player of the Week honors onNov. 7, 2005, after her goal in second overtime gave Bates a 2-1victory over Tufts in the NESCAC Championship, the Bobcats' first.... Speedy reserve scored four goals and had two assists, and wasthe Bobcats' leading first-year scorer. Bates Academic Honors/Activities: LongleyElementary School Mentor.
