What does leadership mean to you?
Balancing having fun, while also knowing when to be serious and locked in, and being able to manage and assist the team you are leading around you.
What experience—big or small—has made a surprising impact on you?
Making the 3rd round of the NCAA tournament last year.
What’s a failure or setback that taught you something valuable?
Getting physically ill during hill sprints last fall made me stay in shape and stay on top of cardio exercises to not experience that feeling again.
What’s a value or principle you try to live by?
Work hard, play hard!
What’s something about you that might surprise people?
I've never moved in my lifetime and have lived in same house my whole life.
