What does leadership mean to you?
Leadership is beyond just a term. Its being able to lead by example, lead by voice and power. And to always take accountability and show up when it matters.

What experience—big or small—has made a surprising impact on you?
Playing football throughout my entire life.

What’s a failure or setback that taught you something valuable?
Losing in all my playoff runs for both basketball and football. Overall it helped me keep my mental state locked in and, until  this day, it keeps me hungry for success. But, it has also helped me realize that life is short and make the best of it.

What’s a value or principle you try to live by?
I always try my best to be happy no matter what and bring positivity to others lives. And I value
working hard to an extreme extent.
