What is something you've changed your mind about in the last few years?
How I handle mistakes. I used to let a bad play ruin my focus, but I’ve learned that mistakes are just fast feedback. Now I look at them as opportunities to fix my technique and grow.

What is a challenge you're glad you faced?
Coming into a powerhouse high school program in the state’s toughest conference and having to earn my teammates’ and coaches’ respect from scratch. It forced me to develop a relentless work ethic to win a spot, which ultimately allowed me to lead the team as a captain during my senior year.

What is a quality you value most in a teammate?
Work ethic and loyalty

What is something about you that people often don't expect?
People are usually surprised to learn that I’ve actually flown a small airplane. My grandfather is a pilot, and when I was a kid, he let me take the controls and fly the plane, which is an experience I’ll never forget.
