Career: One of 48 Senior Scholar Award-winners, who have participated in varsity sports for four years and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or better.... Named to the Hampshire Honor Society, comprising college football players from all divisions of play who maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their career.... Golden rushed for 601 yards and three touchdowns, passed for 206 yards and a touchdown, and caught seven passes for 17 yards and a touchdown.... He became an instant legend in his first season when he came off the bench to quarterback Bates to a comeback 24-7 win at Bowdoin.... Golden carries a cumulative grade point average of 3.54.... He has also continued his community service work from his hometown of New Bedford, Mass., to Lewiston during his time at Bates.... Golden began a program at Lewiston Middle School in 2018 called Aspiration Lunches, where Bates student-athletes hang out with students and give them a chance to see what it's like to be a college student.... 2018: Saw action in eight games as a junior while primarily serving as a lead blocker in the backfield for Bates.... Caught four passes for 28 yards and a touchdown on the season.... Caught one pass for 10 yards at Trinity (Sept. 22).... Caught one pass for six yards against Williams (Oct. 6).... Caught one pass for eight yards against Bowdoin (Nov. 3).... Caught a four-yard touchdown pass against Hamilton (Nov. 10).
