2018: Finished the season with a 2-3 record and a 5.64 ERA in nine appearances, five starts.... Tossed 22.1 innings, giving up 25 hits, 22 runs (14 earned), walking 15 and striking out 19 along the way.... Opponents hit .281 against Speed.... Gave up just one earned run on five hits in five innings of work, striking out seven and walking two against Pomona-Pitzer (Feb. 18).... Tossed five shutout innings and earned the win in Bates' 9-1 victory at Hamilton (April 17).... Picked up the win with an inning pitched and a pair of strikeouts in Bates' 4-3 victory at Trinity (April 21).
2017: Led the team in innings pitched (54.1, T-4 in the NESCAC) for the third straight season.... Also led the team in appearances with 11 (10 starts) and strikeouts (43, 4th in the NESCAC)..... A lack of run support led to a 1-7 record despite an ERA of 2.98 (best on the team among qualified pitchers and ninth in the NESCAC).... Held opponents to a .237 batting average.... Tossed a pair of complete games.... Struck out eight batters and allowed only two earned runs over seven innings of work at Claremont-M-S (Feb. 24).... Earned the win by going seven and two thirds innings, scattering seven hits, allowing three runs (two earned) and striking out nine in Bates' 4-3 victory at Colby (March 30).... Picked up a no-decision despite going eight innings, allowing only two runs on four hits and striking out six in Bates' 3-2 win over Bowdoin (April 7).... Struck out four over three innings of shutout baseball in Bates' 9-4 win over Fisher (April 17).... Struck out five in four innings of work against Trinity (April 23).... Did not allow an earned run in eight innings of work at Tufts (April 28).... Struck out four and surrendered just two runs on four hits over six innings against Williams (May 6).
2016: Led the team in innings pitched (48.2) for the second straight season.... Posted a 3-4 record with a 3.51 ERA in 11 appearances, eight starts.... Tossed a pair of complete games.... Finished fifth in the NESCAC with 54 strike outs.... Held opposing hitters to a .242 batting average.... Struck out six batters over five innings pitched to pick up the win in Bates' 9-4 victory over Whittier (Feb. 25).... Tossed seven innings of one-run ball, striking out seven and earning the victory in Bates' 5-1 win over Salem St. (March 26).... Struck out a career-high nine batters and tossed six innings of shutout ball to pick up the win in Bates' 6-3 victory over Bowdoin (April 9).... Pitched two innings of shutout ball out of the bullpen and struck out three batters in Bates' 6-0 win over Maine-Farmington (April 19).... Did not allow an earned run and struck out six over six innings of two-hit ball against Trinity (April 23).... Did not allow an earned run and struck out four over five innings against Tufts (May 1).
2015: Led the team in innings pitched (47.0)... Appeared in 13 games with seven starts... Ranked second on the team in strikeouts with 40 while allowing only 12 walks.... Struck out six or more batters in a game on four different occasions... Posted a 2-4 record and a 3.83 ERA... Threw seven innings of two-hit baseball while allowing only one run and striking out eight in a win over Tufts in the second game of the NESCAC Baseball Championships.
