2018: Team captain.... Named to the 2019 National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society for maintaining a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout his career.... NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Senior Scholar Award recipient.... Earned the "Garnet Gridder" award as the team's Offensive MVP.... Flaherty played multiple roles on Bates' offense and finished with 142 rushing yards, two touchdowns and eight receptions.... Caught three passes for 21 yards against Williams (Oct. 6).... Ran the ball 15 times for 56 yards and two touchdowns at Bowdoin (Nov. 3).... Carried the ball 29 times for 86 yards against Hamilton (Nov. 10).

2017: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Stephen B. Ritter Academic Award (top-10 cumulative grade point average on team).... Saw action in eight games and started four for the Bobcats.... Carried the ball 48 times for 193 yards and three touchdowns on the season.... Rushed four times for 19 yards at Amherst (Sept. 16).... Averaged a season-high 6.1 yards per carry while rushing seven times for 43 yards against Trinity (Sept. 23).... Ran the ball four times for 11 yards and a touchdown against Tufts (Sept. 30).... Ran the ball 10 times for 28 yards in Bates' 27-24 win over Colby (Oct. 28).... Ran the ball seven times for 23 yards and a touchdown in Bates' 24-17 win over Bowdoin (Nov. 4).... Ran the ball a season-high 12 times for a season-high 62 yards and a touchdown at Hamilton (Nov. 11).

2016: NESCAC Fall All-Academic selection.... Saw action in all eight games as a sophomore.... Carried the ball three times on the season.... Recorded a solo tackle at Middlebury (Oct. 22) and in Bates' 21-19 win over Colby (Oct. 29).

2015: Played in three games as a first-year.... Carried the ball three times for 19 yards, with a long run of 12 in Bates' 10-9 win over Colby (Oct. 31).
