MIDDLEBURY, Vt. -- Bates College had its winning streak halted at two-straight Saturday at Middlebury College as the #4 Panthers made short work of the Bobcats in a 9-0 NESCAC women's tennis triumph.
Middlebury, seeing its first action of the spring campaign, moves to 1-0 (1-0 NESCAC) with the win. Bates drops to 2-3 (0-1 NESCAC) in the setback.
