2024-25: Team captain.... Named to the
NESCAC Spring All-Sportsmanship Team.... Posted a record of 10-14 in doubles play and 10-11 in singles play as a senior for the Bobcats.... Teamed with Ava Steinberger '27 to advance to the round of 32 at the ITA New England Championship with an 8-4 win over a duo from Babson College (Sept. 20).... Teamed with Lizzie Frekko '25 to win 6-0 at No. 3 doubles, helping Bates defeat Nichols College 5-2 in the fall (Oct. 6).... Teamed with Olivia Gidlow '25 and returned to Bates with some hardware after capturing the B Flight consolation bracket championship at the New England Women's Intercollegiate Tennis Tournament.... The format of the tournament was a team of two played a team of two from another school in a doubles match and two singles matches.... Whoever won two (or three) of the matches, moved on to the next round.... Lyon and Gidlow dropped their first match to a team from MIT, before going on a strong run to end the weekend.... It started with a 3-0 sweep of their opponents from Endicott in the consolation quarterfinals as Lyon won a tough three-set battle over Emily Leclerc by a count of 7-6 (7-1), 2-6, 11-9.... In the doubles match, Lyon and Gidlow prevailed 8-5.... They kept it rolling in the consolation semifinals, taking two of three matches against the Smith College team of Clara Goshgarian and Lili Goshgarian.... It didn't start well, with an 8-0 loss in doubles play.... But both players delivered terrific performances in singles play, as Lyon rallied to win 3-6, 6-3, 10-8 over Clara Goshgarian.... Lyon and Gidlow advanced to the consolation championship, and were declared the winners when the team they were set to face from Nichols College withdrew from the tournament (Oct. 11-13).... Teamed with Frekko to earn an impressive 6-2 win at No. 3 doubles against NCAA Division II opponent Saint Leo University (Feb. 20).... Lyon and Frekko also picked up a 6-1 win at No. 3 doubles over Connecticut College to help Bates prevail 6-1 (March 8) and a 6-4 victory at No. 3 doubles in a 7-0 win for Bates over Smith (March 14).... The duo also earned a 6-1 win at No. 3 doubles over their opponents from No. 34 nationally ranked RPI (March 21).... Teamed with Isabella Saul '26 to earn a 6-3 win at No. 3 doubles against Hamilton (April 6).... Teamed with Steinberger for a 6-1 win at No. 3 doubles to help Bates beat Trinity 5-2 (April 12).... Ended collegiate career on a high note as Lyon and Frekko picked up a 6-4 win at No. 3 doubles against No. 8 nationally ranked Bowdoin (April 26).... In singles play, Lyon advanced to the round of 32 at the ITA New England Championship in the fall, defeating her opponent from Bowdoin College in the round of 64 (Sept. 20).... Earned a 6-1, 6-4 victory at No. 3 singles to help Bates defeat Nichols 5-2 (Oct. 6).... In the spring, Lyon earned a 6-3, 6-4 win at No. 6 singles over her opponent from Wellesley (March 2).... Earned a hard-fought 5-7, 7-5, 6-1 victory at No. 6 singles to help Bates defeat Connecticut College 6-1 (March 8).... Won in straight sets by a count of 6-0, 6-2 at No. 6 singles to help Bates defeat Smith by a score of 7-0 (March 14).... Earned a 6-2, 6-3 victory at No. 6 singles to help Bates defeat Williams 4-3 (March 16).... Rallied to win 6-7 (4-7), 6-4, 12-10 at No. 6 singles over her opponent from No. 34 nationally ranked RPI (March 21).... Picked up a 6-2, 6-2 win in straight sets at No. 5 singles to help Bates beat Trinity 5-2 (April 12).
2023-24: Posted a record of 4-14 in singles play and 3-9 in doubles action as a junior for the Bobcats.... Earned a 6-4, 6-3 win over Smith College's Miranda Gibson at No. 5 singles (March 1).... Earned a 6-0, 6-0 win over Mount Holyoke's Catherine Vavra at No. 5 singles (March 2).... Picked up a hard-fought 7-5, 6-7 (3-7), 6-4 win over Connecticut College's Sana Bhat at No. 6 singles (March 23).... Recorded a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Endicott's Samantha Hartmann at No. 5 singles (April 23).... In doubles play, Lyon teamed with Bella Saul '26 in the fall and advanced to the semifinals of the Wallach Invitational with an 8-1 win over the Trinity duo of Elise Brennan and Johanna Woitschaetzke in the round of 16 and an 8-7 (7-5) win in the quarterfinals over the Colby College team of Sydney Landau and Michaela Landry (Sept. 9-10).... Teamed with Grace LaFountain '26 to earn an 8-5 win over the Endicott duo of Kaitlin Fitzgibbons and Mar Molina at No. 3 doubles (April 23).
2022-23: Went 3-6 in doubles play and 2-9 in singles action for the Bobcats.... Teamed with Drew Williams '25 to earn an 8-3 victory at No. 3 doubles in a 7-2 Bates win over Endicott (Oct. 15).... Teamed with Isabella Saul '26 at No. 3 doubles to earn an 8-2 win over opponents from Mount Holyoke (March 15) and an 8-3 win over opponents from Wellesley (March 18), both Bates victories.... Played mostly at No. 5 singles.... Recorded a 6-0, 6-3 victory over an opponent from Smith (March 3) and a 6-0, 6-0 win over an opponent from Connecticut College (April 15), both wins for the Bobcats.
2021-22: Went 4-8 as a rookie in singles play for the Bobcats.... Won back-to-back matches at No. 4 singles over opponents from Smith and Mount Holyoke (March 4-5).... Won a pair of singles matches at the Wallach Invitational over opponents from Trinity and Colby (Sept. 11-12).
