"I'm so proud of the team's fight back today," said Bates head coach
Paul Gastonguay '89. "We battled to the end, it just did not go our way. It is so tough to lose these tight, hard-fought matches, but our athletes gave it everything they had, and fought to the end. We were definitely in a position to win if a few shots go differently."
Bates (2-5) takes the court again this Thursday with a visit to #33 Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Start time is slated for 3pm.
