Roberts won the 800 meters in 1:54.27 at the Maine State Meet on Saturday. His time broke the meet record that had stood since 1979. Roberts is now eighth on the Bates all-time performance list in the event, as the Bobcats took five of the top six spots in the race. Bates went on to win the indoor state meet for the fifth time in the last six years!
