Despite being listed as a wide receiver, Beltran showed off his rushing ability Saturday at Colby, carrying the ball 11 times for a career-high 102 yards and a touchdown against the Mules. He also caught a team-high three passes for 21 yards. Beltran's longest run of the game was a 41-yard sprint to the Colby 10, setting up a Bates touchdown that tied the game at seven in the first quarter. Later, Beltran ran the ball in from nine yards out to give Bates a 20-14 lead early in the third quarter.
