Senior men's track and field captain Ned Farrington, with a blazing 5,000m time of 14:21.13 (11th overall) in Saturday's Boston University Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, broke the 37-year-old previous team record of 14:24.26, owned by the late, great John Fitzgerald '87.
