Senior captain Jill Richardson set a new personal record in the 3,000 meters, capturing the New England title in the process. 

Richardson, who also won the regional championship in cross country this fall, raced to the finish in the 3K in 9:44.68, nearly three seconds faster than the runner-up from Williams. She chopped a couple seconds off her previous personal record of 9:46.54. Richardson is currently third all-time at Bates in the 3K, only chasing All-Americans Jessica Wilson '17 (9:43.31) and Katherine Cook '18 (9:44.32).
