2023: Team captain.... Bates nominee for NCAA Woman of the Year.... Recipient of the Peter and Lois Doran Award for Track & Field Excellence.... Named to the College Sports Communicators Women's XC/Track & Field Academic All-District® Team.... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Earned All-Region honors in the 5,000 meters.... Competed at the NCAA Championships and placed 12th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:12.22 (May 27).... Won the 5,000 meters at the MIT Final Qualifier with a career-best time of 16:52.53, the second-fastest outdoor 5K in Bates history (May 18).... Placed third in the 5K in 17:04.68 at the Open New England Championships (May 13).... Won the 5K in 17:12.64 at the New England Division III Championships (May 6).... Earned All-NESCAC honors by placing second in the 5K in 17:08.05, and helped Bates finish seventh in the 4x800 relay in 9:47.12 at the NESCAC Championships (April 29).... Placed sixth in the 800 meters with a personal-record time of 2:24.72 at the Pine Tree Relays (April 22).... Finished third in the 1,500 meters in 4:41.14 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational, the 10th fastest 1,500-meter run in Bates history (April 15).... Competed at the NCAA Championships and placed ninth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:37.73, the fastest 3K in Bates history (March 11).... Won the 3,000 meters in 9:44.68 at the New England Division III Championships (Feb. 25).... Won the mile in 5:07.05 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Placed second in the 5K in 17:33.24 at the Middlebury Small College Invite, the sixth fastest indoor 5K in Bates history (Jan. 29).... Placed fourth in the mile in 5:17.90 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).

Placed ninth in the 5000 meters in 17:54.71 at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships (May 5-7).... Earned All-NESCAC honors in the 10,000 meters by placing third in 37:54.86 at the NESCAC Championships (April 30).... Won the 5,000 meters in a career-best time of 17:54.23 at the Tufts Quad Meet (April 9).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Finished fourth with a career-best time of 9:59.29 in the 3000 meters at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet (March 5).... Finished fifth in the 3000 meters in 10:07.26 at the New England Division III Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26).... Won the 3000 meters in 10:28.18 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Took second in the 3000 meters in 10:39.22 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 22).... Finished second in the mile run in 5:27.48 at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 15).

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Finished third in the 5000 meters in 18:16.20 at the Tufts Invitational (May 8).... Helped Bates take third in the 4x400 relay in 4:34.38 and finished third in the 1500 meters in a career-best 4:56.83 at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #3 (May 1).... Finished second in the 3000 meters in 10:36.02 at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #2 (April 24).

Indoor Highlights: Placed eighth with a season-best 3K (10:26.41) at the New England Division III Championships (Feb. 29).... Placed first in the 3K (10:39.44) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).
