The four-time defending NCAA champion women's team flexed their muscles at the 24th President's Cup on Sunday. Led by sophomore coxswain Lucy Del Col (Wellesley, Mass.) and junior stroke Molly Connors (Westwood, Mass.), the women's 1V won its race in 7:16.0, nearly 20 seconds ahead of runner-up Colby (7:35).

The Bates women and men combined for 18 points, defeating Bowdoin (14) and Colby (13) for the ninth consecutive year.
