Senior captain Preston Haugh turned in perhaps the finest performance of his career at NESCAC Event #2 with an even par 72 on Sunday, the lowest round of the day among 43 golfers. 

Haugh (Alexandria, Va.) birdied four holes and tallied 11 pars on the day, finishing one stroke ahead of runner-up Harry Theodore from Tufts University. It's a remarkable turnaround for Haugh at Ledges Golf Club. Just a week ago, he finished in 40th place at NESCAC Event #1 with a 91 on the same course. One hole in particular stood out, with Haugh recording a birdie on the par 5 fourth hole on Sunday, compared to a 10 a week ago.
