The Bates women's tennis team scored a resounding 8-1 victory at Trinity College on Sunday, in the Bobcats' first dual match since March 7, 2020, and their first conference match since April 28, 2019.
Hannah Sweeney (Franklin, Mass.) defeated Isabella Hartman 6-2, 6-3 at No. 1 singles, and teamed up with fellow senior captain Haley Washington (Bloomfield Hills, Mich.) for a 9-7 victory at No. 2 doubles over Lily Everett and Morgan Wilkins.
