Pouye carried the Bobcats to a pair of wins the past two games with a pair of double-doubles. He tallied 23 points on 9-13 shooting, 16 rebounds, six assists, and two blocked shots in an 82-79 win over No. 25 nationally ranked Maryville on Dec. 30. Then he poured in 25 points on 10-18 shooting, grabbed 11 rebounds, dished out four assists, and blocked a career-high six shots in a 90-72 win over Colby on Jan. 4. Pouye leads the Bobcats in both scoring (15.3 PPG) and rebounding (9.5 RPG) this season. He is tied for first in the NESCAC in blocked shots per game at 1.6.
