Colby Gail (Topsham, Maine) tied her own team record in the high jump, clearing the bar at 5 feet and 5 inches, tying for fifth place Saturday at all-divisions Open New England Outdoor Championships Saturday at MIT. Gail set the team record as a sophomore in winning the 2013 NESCAC title; first-year teammate Srishti Sunil (Bangalore, India) also cleared 5-5 earlier this season.

The senior captain also placed 21st in the hammer throw, ninth among Division III athletes, in 131-7.

The Bobcats scored four team points from two top-eight performances at the meet, tying Coast Guard for 32nd place among 41 teams that scored, and 12th among Division III squads.
