Johnson '18 (Incline Village, Nev.) finished 16th out of 84 competitors in the women's giant slalom on Friday. Her best time down the hill clocked in on her second run at 1:06.93. She led Bates again on Saturday in the slalom, by placing eighth out of 68 competitors in a two-run combined time of 2:02.01. Johnson registered the 14th-fastest first run (1:00.15) and the ninth-fastest second run (1:01.86) in the field. The Bates women's alpine skiing team finished 3rd out of 13 teams in the slalom.
