Senior co-captain Jerome Darling (Hartford, Conn.) averaged 9.5 points, 10 rebounds and 5.5 assists per game this past week against rivals Bowdoin and Colby. His eight points, nine rebounds and game-high seven assists helped Bates beat the Polar Bears 74-60 on Wednesday and he followed that up with a double-double (11 points, a game-high 11 rebounds) to go along with four assists Saturday against the Mules.
