Senior co-captain Allie Coppola (Tarrytown, N.Y.) averaged 17 points and 11.3 rebounds per game over three games this past week for the Bobcats.

She led Bates in scoring with 10 points, eight rebounds and three assists at Keene State on Tuesday.

Then on Friday Coppola scored a career-high 24 points while pulling down 16 rebounds in the Bobcats' 64-57 win over Colby in their NESCAC opener. Coppola scored 12 of her 24 points in the fourth quarter, including making the shot that put Bates ahead for good.

On Saturday against number 17 nationally ranked Bowdoin, Coppola recorded another double-double, putting up 17 points and pulling down 10 rebounds. She also dished out a team-high five assists. 

Coppola is averaging a career-high 11.4 points per game and 9.6 rebounds per game this season.
