Bates men's track and field senior captain Evan Migdole broke a 22-year-old school record in the 400-meter hurdles on Thursday, highlighting the MIT Final Qualifier for the Bobcats.

In his final meet as a Bobcat, Migdole raced to the finish in the 400-meter hurdles in 53.43 seconds, breaking the previous school record of 53.54 seconds which was set by Adam Macbeth '06 in 2004. Migdole finishes the season ranked 36th in all of NCAA Division III in the 400-meter hurdles.
