Palmer had a huge week for the Bobcats, earning All-NESCAC honors in three events, breaking two school records, and capturing her first career NESCAC title.

It all started on Friday at the NESCAC Championships, as Palmer raced to the finish in the morning prelims of the 50-yard breaststroke in 28.80 seconds, breaking the previous Bates record of 28.81 seconds, which was held by Abigail Gibbons '23 and set in 2022. Then Palmer took third in the championship final in 28.84 seconds, good for the first individual All-NESCAC honors of her career.

On Saturday, Palmer raced to the finish in the championship final of the 100-yard breaststroke in an NCAA 'B' Cut time of 1:02.55. She placed runner-up in the event to Colby's Kellen Mottl, who touched the wall in 1:02.50.

And on Sunday, Palmer closed strong and took home the conference title in the 200-yard breaststroke, breaking her own school record on the final day of the NESCAC Championships.

Palmer raced to the finish in the championship final in an NCAA 'B' Cut time of 2:15.96, capturing the first NESCAC championship of her career and the first for the Bobcats in the 200 breast since 2012.

Palmer was also part of a big swim in a time trial for the 200-yard medley relay team on Sunday. Sophomore Erin Barisonek. Palmer, first-year Lily Dunn. and senior captain Lianna Rosman teamed up to record an NCAA 'B' Cut time of 1:43.85, leaving them on the bubble for an invite to the national meet.
