O'Leary had a big week for the Bobcats, helping Bates beat rivals Bowdoin and Colby in NESCAC action and his passing got the Bobcats national exposure on ESPN.
 
On Friday in an 88-76 win over Bowdoin, O'Leary tallied 13 points on 5-10 shooting. He hit 2-3 from three-point range, grabbed five rebounds, recorded a career-high three steals, blocked a shot, and dished out three assists. One of his assists was a spectacular behind-the-back feed while in midair to Babacar Pouye for an old-fashioned three-point play that landed Bates at No. 8 on ESPN SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays of the Night.

He followed that performance up with a career-high 18 points in Sunday's 89-84 win over Colby. O'Leary once again hit 2-3 from three-point range and drained 10-12 from the free throw line. He grabbed a game-high seven rebounds and dished out two assists in the come-from-behind victory.
