Taylor Vogt

Taylor Vogt joined the Bates College Department of Sports Medicine and Athletic Performance on July 14, 2025 after serving as Assistant Athletic Trainer at Gordon College (Wenham, Mass.) for the past four years, where he provided primary coverage for women’s soccer, men’s and women’s cross country, men’s basketball, and men’s lacrosse.

Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from nearby University of New England in May 2016. He then took two years off from school to work as a rehabilitation assistant at a large multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation clinic serving patients from three months to 90 years old. He then went on to obtain his Master of Science in Athletic Training from Boston University (May 2021), where he completed clinical rotations at MIT, Boston University, Children’s Hospital Colorado, and Northwestern University.

A native of Bow, N.H., Taylor is a certified athletic trainer licensed in Maine and Massachusetts, and a current member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA). He currently resides in Lewiston and enjoys spending time outdoors, watching professional women’s soccer, and reading a good book.
