Mike has woven a passion for athletics, fitness, and wellness into a career mission of creating healthy communities by bridging the gap between fitness and healthcare. Mike strongly believes that daily movement is one of the most potent and broad sweeping “medicines” to promote quality of life and ward off chronic disease. He has a degree in Community Health Education, Exercise Science, and Nutrition and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
