Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.

2021

Outdoor Highlights: Won the 5,000 meters with a career-best time of 18:05.65 at the Tufts Invitational (May 8)... Placed fourth in the 1,500 meters with a career-best time of 4:57.19 at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #3 (May 1).

2020

Indoor Highlights: Ran a career-best time of 10:32.37 in the 3,000 meters at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14).... Placed second with a career-best time of 18:10.87 in the 5,000 meters at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Placed second among Division II and III runners in the mile (5:29.45) at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).... Placed third in the 3,000 meters (10:54.73) at the Bates-Colby-MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 11).

2019

Outdoor Highlights: Helped Bates place seventh in the 4x800 relay with a time of 10:01.14 at the NESCAC Championships.... Recorded a season-best time of 5:05.03 in the 1,500 meters at the Aloha Relays.

Indoor Highlights: Third in the mile (5:34.54) at the Bowdoin Invitational.... Placed fourth in the 3,000 meters (10:53.87) to help Bates win the Maine state championship for the sixth straight year.... Posted a season-best mile time of 5:25.55 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic.... Placed second in the 3,000 meters (11:01.32) at the Bates Invitational.
