Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates place seventh in the 4x400 relay in 4:03.27 at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships (May 2-3).... Helped Bates take seventh in the 4x400 relay in 4:09.09 at the NESCAC Championship (April 26).... Helped Bates finish fourth in the 4x400 relay in 4:17.05 while placing sixth individually in the 400 meters in 1:00.17 at the Pine Tree Classic (April 18-19).... Helped Bates finish fifth in the 4x100 relay in 50.44 seconds at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).... Finished third in the 400 meters in 1:01.10 and seventh in the long jump with a personal-record leap of 16-4.25 (4.98m) at the Wesleyan Swanson Invitational (March 22).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed 15th in the 400 meters in a personal-record time of 59.78 seconds at the New England Division III Indoor Championship (Feb. 28-March 1).... Recorded a personal-record time of 26.83 seconds in the 200 meters at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 26).... Took third in the 400 meters in 1:01.65 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).... Helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay in 4:10.89 at the Suffolk Relays (Jan. 11).... Helped Bates finish fourth in the 4x400 relay in 4:13.83 and placed fifth in the 400 meters in 1:01.09 at the TRACK at New Balance Early Bird Invite (Dec. 7, 2024).

2024

Outdoor Highlights: Placed 13th in the 400 meters with a season-best time of 1:02.30 and helped Bates finish seventh in the 4x100 relay in 51.59 seconds at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 7).... Helped Bates finish eighth in the 4x400 relay in 4:10.01 at the Black & Gold Invitational (March 29-30).... Helped Bates win the 4x100 relay in 51.89 seconds and finished seventh in the 400 meters in 1:04.28 at the Wesleyan Swanson Invite (March 23).

Indoor Highlights: Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship as a rookie and helped the Bobcats finish 11th in the 4x200 relay in 1:48.95 and 17th in the 4x400 relay in 4:18.83 (Feb. 25).... Took second in the 400 meters in 1:02.82 and fifth in the triple jump with a mark of 31-10.25 (9.71m) at the Colby Invitational (Feb. 17).... Placed third in the triple jump with a season-best effort of 33-2.5 (10.12m) and sixth in the long jump with a personal-record leap of 15-11.5 (4.86m) at the Lynn Ruddy Invitational (Feb. 10).... Won the triple jump with a mark of 31-10.25 (9.71m) and finished sixth in the 200 meters in 28.20 seconds at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20).... Helped Bates finish third in the 4x400 relay in 4:27.33 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).... Helped Bates finish third in the 4x400 relay in 4:16.48 and took sixth in the 200 meters in a season-best time of 27.37 seconds at the Joe Donahue Games Opener (Dec. 8, 2023).
