Outdoor Highlights: Placed 12th in the shot put with a top effort of 33-9.25 (10.29m) at the Pine Tree Classic (April 17-18).... Achieved a season-best throw of the discus of 85-4 (26.01m) at the Amherst Spring Fling (April 4).
Indoor Highlights: Took fourth place in the shot put with a top toss of 34-11.25 (10.65m) at the Mule Tune-Up (Feb. 21).... Took sixth place in the shot put with a season-best throw of 35-7.75 (10.86m) at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 13-14).
Personal: 2025 graduate of The Taft School (Conn.) where she competed in track & field, soccer, and softball ... All-NEPSAC & All-Founders League selection.
What does leadership mean to you?
True leadership is reflected in one’s ability to prioritize the success and well-being of the group, not just oneself—embodying the principle: not to be served, but to serve.
What experience—big or small—has made a surprising impact on you?
Taking a senior-year class in high school called “The Pilgrimage” sparked my love for hiking, as the course involved extensive outdoor treks that showed me how much I enjoy exploring on foot.
What’s a value or principle you try to live by?
Be curious not judgmental.
What’s something about you that might surprise people?
I have a twin sister.
