Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Placed fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 12:46.01 at the Pine Tree Classic (April 18-19).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Ran a career-best time of 11:22.87 in the 3,000 meters at Middlebury's New England Small College Invitational (Jan. 26).
2024: Did not compete in any track meets as a junior for the Bobcats.

Placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 12:40.12 at the UMASS Commonwealth Invitational (April 15).... Placed 11th in the 1,500 meters in a personal-record time of 5:10.14 at the RPI Tri-Meet (April 8).... Placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 12:55.56 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 1).
Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed seventh in the 3,000 meters in a personal-record time of 11:28.41 at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 18).... Placed 25th in the mile in a personal-record time of 5:50.99 at the Middlebury Small College Invitational (Jan. 29)....
