Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Ran a career-best time of 2:22.24 in the 800 meters at the NESCAC Championship (April 26).... Placed fifth in the 800 meters in 2:29.94 at the Carla Coffey Invitational (April 11-12).... Finished seventh in the 400-meter hurdles in a career-best time of 1:16.15 at the UMASS Flagship Opener (April 5).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championship and placed 21st in the 600 meters in 1:45.40 (Feb. 28-March 1).... Helped Bates place third in the 4x400 relay in 4:34.58 at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Helped Bates take third in the 4x800 relay in 10:18.04 and placed seventh individually in the 800 meters in 2:32.31 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Helped Bates place seventh in the Distance Medley Relay in 13:35.14 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 26).... Placed third in the 600 meters in a career-best time of 1:43.98 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Outdoor Track & Field Championship and helped Bates place sixth in the 4x800 relay in 9:45.31 (May 4).... Helped Bates place fourth in the 4x800 relay in 9:32.15 at the NESCAC Championships (April 27).... Placed seventh in the 800 meters in 2:25.54 at the Pine Tree Classic (April 20).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Indoor Track & Field Championship and helped Bates place 14th in the 4x800 relay in 9:59.42 (Feb. 25).... Took second in the 800 meters in 2:26.68 and helped Bates win the 4x800 relay in 10:01.27 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 3).... Helped Bates place fifth in the Distance Medley Relay in 12:59.75 at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Jan. 28).... Took second in the 800 meters in 2:30.34 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 20)..... Placed fourth in the 600 meters in 1:48.11 at the Brandeis Reggie Poyau Memorial Meet (Jan. 13).

2023

Outdoor Highlights: Did not compete in any outdoor meets as a rookie for the Bobcats.

Indoor Highlights: Competed at the New England Division III Championships as a rookie and helped the Distance Medley Relay team place 10th in 12:41.12 (Feb. 25).... Ran a season-best 800 meters in 2:24.32 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 11).... Placed fourth in the 600 meters in a season-best 1:45.73 and helped Bates finish fifth in the 4x400 relay in 4:28.33 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).... Took fourth in the 800 meters in 2:31.62 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 21).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 4:33.53 and took third in the 600 meters in 1:48.14 at the MIT Tri-Meet (Jan. 14).
