Outdoor Highlights:  Earned All-Region honors as part of the 4x400 relay team that recorded a time of 3:53.44 at the NESCAC Championship, the third-fastest mark in Bates history (April 25-26).... Helped the 4x400 relay team place second in 4:06.48 and took fifth place individually in the 400 meters in 1:00.74 at the Pine Tree Classic (April 17-18).... Helped the 4x400 relay team finish in second place in 3:58.03 at the Tufts Spring Stampede (April 10-11).... Helped the 4x400 relay team place third in 4:07.76 and took fifth place individually in the 400 meters at the Amherst Spring Fling (April 4).... Helped the 4x400 relay team take third place in 3:55.48 at the Emory Spring Break Classic (March 20-21).

Indoor Highlights: Earned All-Region honors in the 4x400 relay as the Bobcats turned in a time of 3:57.10, good for sixth place at New Englands and fourth all-time at Bates (March 1).... Placed third in the 400 meters in 1:01.29 at the Mule Tune-Up (Feb. 21).... Ran a career-best time of 1:00.18 in the 400 meters at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 13-14).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 4:07.67 and placed sixth in the 400 meters in 1:01.67 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 7).... Ran a career-best time of 27.39 seconds in the 200-meter dash at Middlebury's New England Small College Invite (Feb. 1).... Helped Bates win the 4x400 relay in 4:18.13 and placed third individually in the 400 meters in 1:02.34 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 17).

2025

Outdoor Highlights: Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships and helped the Bates 4x400 relay team place seventh in 4:03.27 (May 2-3).... Ran a season-best time of 1:02.05 in the 400 meters at the NESCAC Championship (April 26).... Took fourth in the 200 meters in 28.22 seconds and helped the Bates 4x400 relay team finish fourth in 4:17.05 at the Pine Tree Classic (April 18-19).... Took second in the 400 meters in 1:03.10 at the Carla Coffey Invitational (April 11-12).

Indoor Highlights: Helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay in 4:28.88 at the Bobcat Tune-up (Feb. 22).... Took fifth in the 400 meters in 1:04.86 at the Lynn Ruddy Invite (Feb. 15).... Helped Bates finish second in the 4x400 relay in 4:12.06 and fourth in the 4x200 relay in 1:52.87 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 8).... Ran a season-best time of 28.20 seconds in the 200 meters at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).... Helped Bates finish fifth in the 4x400 relay in 4:24.00 at the Suffolk Relays (Jan. 11).
