Ricky Silbersher

Ricky Silbersher is a highly experienced squash coach with a deep passion for the sport, extensive collegiate coaching experience, and a history of competitive success. She has coached at prestigious institutions such as Dartmouth College (2000-01), where she served as assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s squash teams, and at Colby College (1996-99) where she served as head coach of the Mules' women’s squash and tennis programs.

Her coaching career also includes assistant coaching roles at Amherst College and Smith College, where she contributed to the women's squash and women's tennis programs at each institution. Ricky has dedicated decades to racquet sport instruction across the U.S. and Australia, working with schools, clubs, and private clients to enhance players’ skills and strategic understanding.

As a former nationally and state-ranked player in the U.S. and a bronze medalist for the USA Masters Squash Team at the Maccabiah Games (2005), Ricky brings both firsthand competitive experience and a keen understanding of high-level play to her coaching. Her commitment to mentorship, player development, and fostering a love for the game has made a lasting impact on athletes at all levels.

Silbersher earned a Bachelor of Arts (fine art) from the Harpur College of Arts and Sciences at Binghamton University. She then achieved a Master of Science in exercise physiology for university coaching from Smith College.
