Bates women's soccer head coach, Joe Vari, has announced the addition of Jasmyne Lewis to his staff as an assistant coach. She will join fellow assistant, Devin Bagby, for the 2024 campaign.
Lewis joins the garnet and white from her alma mater, Grambling State University, where she served as Associate Head Coach for the Lady Tigers last season. Jasmyne's overall coaching tenure at Grambling extended from August 2017 through last December as she played a vital role in guiding the program to a 2018 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) regular season championship.
Jasmyne was a four-year letter winner at Grambling State from 2013-17, serving as a team captain during her junior and senior seasons.
A native of Atlanta, Lewis graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and earned her Master’s of Science in Public Administration, both while attending Grambling State.
