Entering the 2026-27 season, Palmer ranks in the top 10 all-time at Bates in these events:

100-yard breaststroke, 1st (1:02.50).

200-yard breaststroke, 1st (2:15.16).

50-yard breaststroke, 1st (28.80).

200-yard medley relay, 3rd (1:43.53) and 4th (1:43.62). Top breaststroke split of 27.96 (1st). 

400-yard medley relay, 3rd (3:47.27). Top breaststroke split of 1:02.14 (1st).

2025-26: Selected to the College Sports Communicators Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Academic All-District® Team.... CSCAA Scholar All-American.... Represented the women's team at the NCAA Championships with panache, finishing sixth in the championship final of the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:17.50.... Palmer scored 19 points at the meet, which put the Bates women in a tie for 26th place out of 44 scoring teams.... She is now a six-time All-American and her sixth-place showing in the 200 breast is the best ever by a Bobcat at the NCAA Championships....  Took 11th in the women's 100-yard breaststroke at the NCAA Championships, swimming to the finish in the consolation final in 1:02.88.... NESCAC champion in the 200-yard breaststroke.... NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.

2024-25: CSCAA Scholar All-American.... Broke her own program record in the 200-yard breaststroke with her time of 2:16.41 in the consolation final, good for 10th place overall and All-America honors at the NCAA Championships (March 22).... Broke her own school record in the 100-yard breaststroke in the morning prelim at NCAAs, racing to the finish in 1:02.50.... Then she won the consolation final in 1:02.73 at night, taking ninth place overall and earning All-America honors.... Palmer's swim in the final was particularly impressive, as she was last at the turn, rallying to win the race over the last 50 yards (March 21).... Selected to the College Sports Communicators Swimming & Diving Academic All-District® Team.... NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.

2023-24: CSCAA Scholar All-American.... Earned All-America honors in two events at the 2024 NCAA Championships, helping Bates take 13th in the 400-yard medley relay in 3:48.29 and 16th in the 200-yard medley relay in 1:44.56 (March 20-23).... Earned All-NESCAC honors in the 200-yard medley relay (1:44.30) and the 400-yard medley relay (3:47.27) by helping Bates to a pair of third-place finishes at the NESCAC Championships (Feb. 15-18).

Minor: Digital and Computational Studies

Personal: 2023 graduate of Brunswick (Maine) High School where she competed in swimming and field hockey.
