Upon graduation in 2020, Sears ranks in the top 10 all-time at Bates in these events:

500-yard freestyle, 1st (4:54.21).

1,000-yard freestyle, 1st (10:14.85).

200-yard freestyle relay, 1st (1:34.11). Top split of 23.72, 17th. 

400-yard freestyle relay, 1st (3:24.83), 2nd (3:26.39). Top split of 51.33, 7th.

200-yard freestyle, 2nd (1:50.71).

1650-yard freestyle, 2nd (17:25.91).

800-yard freestyle relay, 2nd (7:30.68), 3rd (7:32.19), 6th (7:33.98). Top split of 1:51.51, 2nd.

100-yard IM, 6th (1:01.87).

200-yard medley relay, 6th (1:44.58).

100-yard freestyle, 8th (52.62).

2017-18: Earned two All-America honors at the 2018 Championships as a sophomore, helping Bates finish 6th in the 400-yard freestyle relay and 11th in the 800-yard freestyle relay.

2016-17: Earned three All-America honors at the 2017 NCAA Championships as a first-year, helping Bates finish 9th in the 800-yard freestyle relay and 10th in the 400-yard freestyle relay.... Sears placed 12th in the 200-yard freestyle.... Sears won individual All-NESCAC honors in the 500- and 1,000-yard freestyle races, including the conference title in the 500 free.
