Upon graduation in 2026, Kunkiewicz ranked in the top 10 all-time at Bates in these events:
1,650-yard freestyle, 3rd (16:15.88)
1,000-yard freestyle, 5th (9:45.14)
400-yard IM, 9th (4:09.14)
2025-26: Placed 15th in the 1,650-yard freestyle with a time of 16:23.91 at the NESCAC Men's Championship (Feb. 19-22).... Helped Bates win
the men's 200-yard backstroke relay in 1:38.23 and the men's 500-yard freestyle relay (50-100-150-200) in 4:20.26 on Senior Day against Maine Maritime Academy (Jan. 30).... Won the 200-yard backstroke in 2:03.72 in a dual meet sweep of Wesleyan at Tarbel Pool (Nov. 22).... Placed second in the 1,000-yard freestyle in 10:13.70 in a dual meet sweep of Wheaton at Tarbell Pool (Nov. 15).
2024-25: Finished 12th in the 1,650-yard freestyle in 16:15.88 at the NESCAC Championships (Feb. 23).... Placed fifth in the preconsolation final of the 400-yard IM in 4:09.14 at the NESCAC Championships (Feb. 22).
2023-24: Scored points for the Bobcats with a 12th place showing in the 1,650-yard freestyle in 16:16.47 at the NESCAC Championships (Feb. 22-25).
2022-23: Took third in the 1,000-yard freestyle in 10:06.34 in a dual meet with Tufts (Jan. 20).
Personal: 2022 graduate of Hillsborough (N.J.) High School.
