Entering the 2025-26 season, Friedlander ranks in the top 10 all-time at Bates in these events:
200-yard butterfly, 1st (1:49.60).
500-yard freestyle, 2nd (4:35.83).
800-yard freestyle relay, 2nd (6:40.65) and 9th (6:50.57). Top split of 1:40.47.
1,000-yard freestyle, 4th (9:43.37).
100-yard butterfly, 9th (50.11).
2025-26: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.
2024-25: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Broke the Bates record in the 200-yard butterfly with his morning prelims time of 1:49.60 at the NESCAC Championships, then he took third in the championship final, earning All-NESCAC honors with his NCAA 'B' Cut time of 1:49.62 (Feb. 23).... Finished sixth in the consolation final of the 500-yard freestyle in 4:35.83 at the NESCAC Championships (Feb. 21).... Helped the Bates 800-yard freestyle relay team take fifth out of 22 teams with their time of 6:40.65 at the NESCAC Championships (Feb. 20).
2023-24: Placed ninth in the 200-yard butterfly in 1:50.64, 15th in the 1,000-yard freestyle in 9:43.37, and 20th in the 500-yard freestyle in 4:40.83 at the NESCAC Championships (Feb. 22-25).... Won the 200-yard butterfly in 1:57.32 in a dual meet against Middlebury (Jan. 14).... Won the 200-yard butterfly in 1:59.06 in a dual meet against Wesleyan (Nov. 18).

I am working on not putting too much pressure on myself.
