Entering the 2026-27 season, Kondratyev ranks in the top 10 all-time at Bates in these events:

500-yard freestyle, 3rd (4:35.54)

1,000-yard freestyle, 3rd (9:40.34)

1,650-yard freestyle, 4th (16:16.29)

800-yard freestyle relay, 8th (6:48.64), Top split of 1:41.53 (11th)

2025-26: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Placed second in the preconsolation final of the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:35.54 at the NESCAC Men's Championship (Feb. 20).... Helped the Bates 800-yard freestyle relay race to the finish in 6:48.64 at the NESCAC Men's Championship, good for fifth-fastest among the 'B' teams and faster than two of the 'A' teams (Feb. 19). 

2024-25: Took 13th in 16:16.29 in the 1,650-yard freestyle at the NESCAC Championships (Feb. 23).... Placed 15th in the 1,000-yard freestyle in 9:40.34 at the NESCAC Championships (Feb. 22).... Won the preconsolation final of the 500-yard freestyle in 4:36.96 at the NESCAC Championships (Feb. 21).... Won the 500-yard freestyle in 4:45.47 and the 1,000-yard freestyle in 9:53.52 to help Bates win the CBB Championship (Feb. 8).

Personal: 2024 graduate of Montgomery High School (N.J.) ... Winter Semester Dean list 2025
