2025: Ranked 42nd in the EISA in the classical technique races.... Took 35th place out of 58 competitors in the 15K mass start freestyle race at the UNH Carnival in 37:13.6 (Feb. 22).... Took 34th in the 7.5K classic race at the UNH Carnival with a time of 21:17.10, pacing the Bobcats yet again and earning 16 carnival points (Feb. 21).... Advanced to the quarterfinals of the 1.3K classical technique sprints to pace the Bates Nordic skiing teams at the Middlebury Carnival.... Overall, Grossi's 25th-place performance earned the Bobcats 21 carnival points while the rookie picked up nine NCAA points (Feb. 14).... Teamed with Eske Roennau '27 and Cabot Godoy '28 to lead the way for Bates with their time of 43:14.0 in the 3x5 classic relay at the Saint Michael's Carnival, good for 13th place out of 19 teams and 53 carnival points (Feb. 1).... Turned in an outstanding debut for the Bates Nordic skiing teams, placing seventh out of 98 competitors in the 1.3K freestyle at the Bates Carnival, hosted by the Bobcats at Black Mountain of Maine (Jan. 10).

Personal: 2024 graduate of Montpelier (Vt.) High School where he competed in Nordic skiing, XC, and track & field.
